TopIdea offers shade products for gardens, pergolas, patios and balconies. Our collection includes retractable wave shades, straight-edge eyelet shades, hybrid-ring rectangle shades, triangle shade sails, rectangle shade sails and balcony privacy screens.

Standard sizes and made-to-measure options

Choose a standard-size product or use our custom-size page to select your product type, dimensions, colour and quantity. Review the measurement guide and the agreed specifications before ordering. For help choosing the right format, email support@chenlinsails.com.

Delivery and after-sales support

Orders are fulfilled from China. Preparation and production normally take 3–5 days, with delivery to most destinations in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe estimated at 15–20 days from placing the order. This includes preparation, production and transportation. Standard shipping and applicable import duties and taxes for these destinations are included in the product price.

We provide support for quality issues, incorrect goods and items that do not match the agreed order. Our return policy explains how standard-size and genuinely made-to-measure products are treated, who pays return costs and how refunds are processed, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
