Measure the required width and length in a straight line between the relevant anchor points. A photo or sketch helps us review the geometry.
Can you make unusual shapes? +
Yes. Begin with the closest of our six product forms and describe the anchor layout. We review non-standard geometry before confirming production.
Are all products waterproof? +
Weather performance depends on the selected product, fabric and installation angle. The product specification and design review identify the appropriate option for your space.
When will my order arrive? +
Delivery is estimated at 15–20 days from order for most destinations in the United States and Europe. Remote-area and customs delays can vary.
What happens before production? +
Our team reviews the submitted dimensions, colour, mounting conditions and notes. We confirm the final specification with you before custom fabric is cut.
