Shipping origin and destinations

TopIdea orders are shipped from China. We deliver to eligible addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. The delivery destinations available for your order are shown at checkout.

Preparation and delivery times

Order preparation and production normally take 3–5 days from placing your order. For most destinations in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, estimated delivery is 15–20 days from placing the order. This total includes preparation, production and transportation; it is not an additional 15–20 days after dispatch. These estimates are in calendar days.

Customs checks, public holidays, severe weather or carrier disruption can cause delays. If delivery is delayed or you need help with an order, contact us. These estimates do not limit your statutory rights relating to delivery.

Shipping charges, duties and taxes

Standard shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe is free. The product price includes the applicable import duties and taxes for these destinations. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, contact us at support@chenlinsails.com so we can resolve it. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

For any other destination offered at checkout, check the displayed shipping availability, charges and tax treatment before placing your order; contact us if these details are unclear.

Order updates and delivery issues

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and email address. Contact support@chenlinsails.com promptly if an address needs to be corrected. Changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.

Contact us with your order number for dispatch or tracking information, a missing parcel, delivery damage or a delivery delay. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Customers are not required to waive their rights or resolve carrier disputes on our behalf.
